Today is my last day here... woke up at about 10pm.. derek's mom slipped out of office to sent me since she did not manage to find anyone to do the job.. and taxi is not really the most reliable way to the airport... how nice of her.. but i feel so bad to trouble her...
we went to eat early lunch and decided to drop by derek's grandparents' place to say bye bye to them his grandpa was so funny.. cos we wanted to take pic then he insisted he don't want.. cos he in shorts.. then when we didn't let him run away and not take bcos of that.. he tried to position
himself behind everyone.. so nobody can see that he's in shorts in the photo...
after that~ we went to the airport.. sat in KFC for a while.. then derek's mom hav to rush back to
office since it's been quite long she's out.. so i went in quite early...flight is at 1.30pm and got in at 12.45pm...
this wld b considered late in big airports like HK, Sg, Syd.. but KK's got a small airport.. n so i
ended up with nothing to do in there..
with more time.. i was able to explore the place more and realise there's only 5 gates at KK airport and the view beyond the airport is more sea and island.. hahaha no wonder pple who live here gets sick of sea and greenery.. since they are everywhere...
anyway.. the plane i suppose to take didn't land and unload it's passengers till like 1.10pm... which i was quite surprised.. as i thot it shld b all prepared by then since pple would b boarding by 1.10pm then i stood at the gates.. watching them do all the preparation.. unloadin and loading catering, unloading and loading luggage, refuelling... they manage to let us board at 1.25pm~ and amazingly i think we did take off at ard 1.30-1.35pm...
well.. BYE BYE KK... i forgot to ask for a seat on the opposite side of the plane.. so i can take
pics of Mt Kinabalu again.. but oh well... my side can take pic of the islands and sutera harbour~~
been a long 9 days... memorable trip~
oh oh~ and i found this free osim leg massage thingy in changi airport.. FREE leh.. amazing rite..hahaha but actually on the trip to aus.. i manage to find the full body massage chair.. but at super far away corner~ =)
